Holistic Coaches believe personal transformation is a mind, body, life and relational process. We offer life changing interactive educational material in combination with personalized support.

Holistic Coaches provide 5 interactive Wellness Courses, Each "Branch of Wellness" includes in-depth education, personalized guidance, and active support.
The 5 Branches of Wellness offer a holistic model of personal transformation. Each branch provides practical tools and inspiring information through an interactive e-Learning platform.

Your Course will be easy to access on your phone, tablet or computer. Your Coach will interact with you through an eLearning interface in addition to optional phone or in-person sessions.

Holistic Coaches believe the mind and body are one integrated system. All parts of the self are interrelated, and therefore, supporting you most effectively involves supporting  your emotional, physical, nutritional, financial, behavioral, and personal well being.

Holistic Coaching
• Pick which Branch of Wellness most in need of attention
• Receive eLearning invitation from your Coach to access interactive course material (audio, video, and text)
• There are four chapters per course with opportunity for you to share your experience with the material. Your coach will then provide feedback.
• Receive support through e-learing interface and also with optional telephone coaching calls following each chapter.

Using customized goal setting and weekly planning worksheets or digital APP, learn to design your life and days based upon your gifts, values, and passions
